I’m Lesly, the founder of Hive Heart Ember LLC. Some of my most cherished moments with loved ones have always revolved around being gathered at a table. The laughter, stories, and encouragement shared during these intimate gatherings inspired me to create HHE; a way to craft experiences that bring people together, one bite at a time.
The name Hive Heart Ember is deeply personal, inspired by the meanings of my siblings’ names: Debora, meaning “bee”; Caleb, meaning “wholehearted”; and Kenneth, meaning “born of fire.”
Hive represents the buzz of energy and community that surrounds family gatherings, where ideas flow and connections deepen. Heart reflects the care, love, and attention to detail we put into every board – from hand-selecting premium cheeses and meats to arranging them with elegance and intention. Ember captures the spark of joy, warmth, and celebration that makes every occasion memorable – like the glowing warmth left behind by meaningful moments with those you cherish.
